About 3 feet of table near a standard outlet for our printing station — the printer is 8.7″ wide, 12.9″ deep and 17.3″ high and weighs 23.2 lbs, so most of that space is working room. That’s genuinely the whole list: we bring the printer, the pods, the designs and our own supplies, and we’ll need at least 30 minutes before your first pour to set up.

At attended events, everything leaves with us — we pack down and you’re left with a clear bar. On a drop-off, the machine stays overnight and we collect it the next day, at a pickup window we agree with you in advance.

No. Designs print with food-safe extracts, and nothing sprays or splatters. The station stays contained to its own footprint, and we leave the bar exactly as we found it.

Our pods are food-safe and, per the manufacturer, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher certified, and free of artificial preservatives. We send a full ingredient list for each pod at booking.

We never pour, serve, sell, or supply alcohol or any other beverage. Your bar staff serves all drinks; guests then visit our separate printing station, where our attendant prints the design and returns the drink to the guest. We don’t check identification or decide who may be served — that stays with your licensed bar staff.

Yes — Printed Pours LLC carries general and product liability insurance covering our services, and we’ll provide a certificate naming your venue as additional insured ahead of your event. Just tell us who to list.

Designs are loaded in advance, so printing works even without venue Wi-Fi. Live guest photo uploads do need a connection — we bring a hotspot and confirm coverage with your venue beforehand.

At our own printing station, set up separately from the bar. Guests get their drink from your bartender as usual, then step over to our station, where our attendant prints their design on top and hands it right back. Because the printing line is separate, it never slows down your bartenders.
